Express Employment Professionals in Miami Dade South is currently hiring experienced Front Desk Receptionist candidates for a local company in the Kendall area. Position is full-time with overtime and long-term opportunities.
Requirements:
- Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone; manage patient intake including insurance verification and medical history
- Schedule appointments considering patient preferences and dentist availability
- Previous clerical/administrative experience required; strong computer skills and excellent attention to detail
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) required; ability to start immediately
- Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Full-Time (Overtime Available)
- Competitive pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour | Paid weekly through Express Pros, Miami Dade South, FL
- Previous clerical or administrative experience required
- Strong computer skills and solid administrative background
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to start immediately
