About the Role As an Immigration Associate Attorney, you will: Represent clients in family-based petitions, employment-based cases, removal defense, asylum, naturalization, and other immigration matters . Handle hearings, filings, and client counseling with autonomy. Work independently while having access to senior attorney mentorship and support. Manage your own cases and clients with the firm’s resources backing you up. Contribute to a team culture of integrity, collaboration, and client service excellence. About You We’re looking for attorneys who: Are licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas . Have a minimum of 2 years of experience practicing immigration law . Are professional, ethical, and client-focused in every interaction. Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and want to grow their practice. Are welcomed and encouraged to bring their existing book of business - with the ability to move their practice to our firm at no upfront cost .
