What We're Looking For: Active license to practice law in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction) Minimum of 3 years of immigration law experience Strong Immigration Court and removal defense experience Experience with family-based immigration matters Excellent legal writing, advocacy, and client communication skills Comfortable conducting client consultations and developing case strategy Spanish bilingual is preferred but not required What You'll Do: Represent clients before the Immigration Court, including Master Calendar and Individual Hearings Manage a caseload focused on family-based immigration and removal defense Conduct client consultations and develop legal strategies tailored to each client's needs Handle asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, waivers (I-601/I-601A), and consular processing matters Prepare legal briefs, motions, and supporting documentation Attend USCIS interviews and ICE appointments as needed Partner with experienced paralegals who provide dedicated support with case preparation, filings, and case management reimbursement and professional development We offer: Leadership and advancement opportunities within a growing firm.
