Job Summary
We're hiring a Food Production Associate to support a fast-paced kitchen/food production team making food for restaurant service . This role focuses on hands-on prep and assembly work to keep production moving efficiently while following food safety and quality standards. What You'll Do
- Assist with production (portioning, filling, folding/sealing, assembling)
- Perform basic kitchen prep (measuring ingredients, prepping components, organizing supplies)
- Operate around standard kitchen/production equipment (training provided as needed)
- Follow recipes, production goals, and quality checks to ensure consistency
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace (wash/rinse/sanitize, clean as you go)
- Package and label product for restaurant distribution as directed
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production needs
- Ability to work on your feet for the full shift in a production/kitchen environment
- Comfortable with repetitive hand work and steady pace
- Attention to detail (portion size, sealing dumplings, cleanliness, quality)
- Able to follow food safety rules and wear required PPE (hairnet, gloves, etc.)
- Reliable attendance for early morning start time (5:30 AM)
- Food production/kitchen experience is a plus, but not required (depending on client needs)
- Consistent weekday schedule
- Steady hours and a team environment
- Great entry point into food production / commercial kitchen work
