Administrative Coordinator

Administrative Coordinator

Location: Brooklyn 11233 & Jamaica 11435 & NYC 10001

Duration: 12 Months Contract Position

Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. 35 working hours per week (Mandatory 1 hour lunch break)

Job Description:
  • Process cases and certify eligibility for families seeking/receiving childcare subsidies.
  • Processes eligibility applications for new applicants and recertify continuing services in center-based community-based organizations and family childcare programs.
  • nswering phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences.
  • Handling routine office tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents.
  • Greeting and assisting visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external communication.
  • ssisting with student/parent/family inquiries and requests, providing appropriate solutions or directing them to the right person.
