General Manager

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership experience
• Proven P&L ownership with responsibility for overall business unit performance

Preferred Requirements:

• MBA degree
• Experience leading complex manufacturing operations with full cross-functional responsibility
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

The successful General Manager will provide executive leadership for the overall performance, profitability, and strategic growth of the business unit. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and financial performance while translating business objectives into disciplined execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all business unit operations with full accountability for P&L performance, operational execution, and long-term business growth
• Drive a results-oriented operating framework focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost optimization, and continuous improvement
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives that improve productivity, reduce turnaround time, and strengthen the organization's competitive position
• Partner across Manufacturing, Materials, Maintenance, and supporting functions to ensure efficient, high-quality operational performance
• Build and develop high-performing teams through talent acquisition, coaching, succession planning, and leadership development
• Translate business objectives into measurable operational plans while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and performance-driven culture
