NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Representative I - Data Entry to join our team working onsite for one of our healthcare clients. This role is a 6 month temporary position expected to start November 2, 2026.

Full Time 8:30 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday Location: Onsite at 2100 Highland Corporate Dr. Cumberland, RI 02864 Duration: 6 month Rate: $18.00 hour W2

Job summary: Support for CVS.com / RX Records responsible for providing concise patient and prescription information in accordance with HIPAA. Though this role is in a call center environment, they will not be taking any calls for this assignment; it is more of a support role.

Duties:

• Data entry; accounting and disclosure application (internal system) - candidate will trained on the internal system, hands on training
• Opening mail
• Organizing correspondents
• Entering receipts into systems
• No customer contact
• Should have good data entry skills
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Able to multi-task

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year in a Data Entry or customer support role.
• 1 year of Computer experience is required with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• 1 year of Basic alpha number data entry skills with attention to accuracy and quality is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must have effective and empathetic communication style in managing inbound calls and communications with clients and team members.
• Computer experience is required with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Basic alpha number data entry skills with attention to accuracy and quality is essential.
• Intermediate math skills are required with attention to detail and quality essential.
• Experience in a health care setting or insurance industry is a plus, including knowledge of basic insurance and third party terms and medical terminology.
• Ability to work with people in a team environment while meeting individual performance goals.
• Must be able to read and interpret policies, procedures and instructions.
• Effective organizational skills and ability to prioritize a fluctuating workload and competing priorities is essential.

Education: High School diploma or GED required.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
