Bilingual HR Generalist — People & Policy Advocate

Petco is seeking an HR partner to support distribution operations in New Jersey, focusing on employee relations, benefits, staffing, and policy implementation. You will collaborate with DC management to post jobs, manage onboarding, and ensure HR process compliance across a large retail/distribution network.
