Rides Supervisor

Overview The Rides Supervisor serves as an intermediary between management and subordinate staff. Trains, motivates, directs, and coaches staff within all functions of the property’s operation. Ensures guests’ safety on park rides, and provides excellent customer service. Moves throughout entire area of responsibility regularly ensuring strict adherence to all standard operating procedures. Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with International Ride Training’s iROC program and Landry’s guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to management. Creates a positive, team culture will be a priority, enhancing retention rates and fostering a sense of camaraderie among team members. Monitors subordinate employees to ensure that all safety procedures are followed. Reports all Loss Prevention issues to management immediately. Adheres to all of Landry’s policies, procedures and Code of Conduct and ensure compliance by subordinate employees.
