Hair Stylist Manager – SmartStyle Employment Type: Full-Time SmartStyle Salon is a premier salon inside Walmart offering high-quality hair services. Our team of professional hairstylists delivers exceptional client experiences. WHAT YOU’LL DO – Hair Stylist/Designer Manager You’ll provide exceptional leadership, guest service, understand guest needs, offer quality consultations, and perform requested services efficiently and professionally. QUALIFICATIONS – Hair Stylist/Designer Manager A current cosmetology or barber license as required by State regulations. Desire to lead a salon. Tech savvy; capable of performing administrative tasks, including closing the system at the end of the day. Proficient in reading, writing, and basic math. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS – Hair Stylist/Designer Manager Good eyesight, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10–25 lbs. Tolerance for chemicals and fragrances used in treatments.
