Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Analyst to support daily testing operations and ensure timely completion of customer workload. This individual will perform chemical analyses on a variety of product types while adhering to established quality standards and laboratory procedures. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, and committed to producing accurate and reliable results.

• Perform chemical analyses on various product samples using established laboratory methods.
• Ensure daily customer testing workload is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Follow all quality control and quality assurance procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory records and documentation.
• Coordinate multiple laboratory tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Support assigned laboratory projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
• Adhere to all company safety and quality standards.
• MUST HAVE: Experience operating and maintaining ICP-MS, preferred Perkin Elmer NexION 1000 and Thermo iCAP MSX

• Ability to perform wet chemistry analysis and the ability to assist in maintaining equipment.

Additional preferred skills:

• B.S. Chemistry/Biology.
• 1-3 years laboratory experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
