SUCHNESS LLC is seeking a skilled culinary professional to join a growing hospitality project in Taos, New Mexico. Candidates will have a strong culinary foundation with an interest in evolving into a future leadership position while working closely with ownership and Executive Chef. For candidates considering relocation, Taos offers the opportunity for a balanced lifestyle while still maintaining the standards, pace, and professionalism of a serious kitchen environment.

Key Skills / Responsibilities:

• Work directly with Owner / Executive Chef on seasonal menus
• Maintain organization and uphold high standards for food quality
• Support portion control practices and overall food cost management
• Contribute to a clean, efficient, and collaborative kitchen environment
• Food preparation and line experience in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen
• Solid understanding of kitchen workflow, organization, and back-of-house operations
• Ability to maintain cleanliness, organization, and steady execution during service
• Experience working within food cost and portion control systems
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience necessary
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team
• Calm, focused, and adaptable under pressure
• Genuine care for hospitality, craftsmanship, and the guest experience
