Continuity Specialist

ResponsibilitiesPeraton is seeking a senior-level Continuity Specialist to help develop, coordinate, and maintain continuity of operations plans and procedures for a national-level customer. This lead will support preparations for essential personnel, coordinate and implement those plans, and develop briefings and other requested materials on relocation plans and status. You are the responsible owner of specific plans supporting the community, including the integration of those plans across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities, excellent attention to detail, and is skilled at coordinating with a wide variety of stakeholders, ensuring all needs are considered.QualificationsRequired QualificationsCurrent TS/SCI clearance with polygraph;Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience; 4 years of additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree;Experience collaborating with subject matter experts across multiple stakeholders to develop, coordinate, and maintain national-level plans and procedures;Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences;Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues with support from leadershipDesired QualificationsExperience supporting national-level customers;Experience working in the customer’s operational environmentPeraton OverviewPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
