Customer Service Representative (Bilingual - English/Spanish Required)
About the Role:
Our Customer Service Representatives play a key role in assisting both new and existing customers with loan inquiries, vehicle evaluations, account management, and payments. You'll also communicate with customers daily and make courtesy calls when needed-all while providing friendly, professional service.

Nuestros Representantes de Servicio al Cliente son responsables de ayudar a nuevos y actuales clientes con preguntas sobre préstamos, evaluaciones de vehículos, manejo de cuentas y pagos. También se comunican con los clientes diariamente y realizan llamadas de cortesía cuando sea necesario, brindando siempre un servicio amable y profesional.

Requisitos:
Disponibilidad para trabajar tiempo completo
Actitud positiva y profesional
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente
Atención al detalle y organización
Educación:
Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente requerido
Experiencia:
Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente preferida
Conocimientos básicos de computación y entrada de datos
