Job Title Sr Global Product Manager, MCT Clinical Systems Job Overview As a Senior Product Manager within Philips Ambulatory & Monitoring Diagnostics Service Solutions team, you will collaborate in defining the Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) clinical systems product strategy that aligns with the AM&D portfolio vision and global market alignment. This role is responsible for our flagship clinical software/hardware platform. Responsibilities Define and manage product roadmaps using Product Development Lifecycle Management frameworks, ensuring timely delivery and market readiness. Lead lifecycle management and market readiness activities, including opportunity assessment, value proposition creation, product and feature definition, claims roadmaps, pricing, and launch planning. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize value based on market trends and regulatory requirements. Continuously optimize strategy through analysis of competitor activity, customer insights, and compliance needs. Drive product launch plans and support regional launches by developing local go‑to‑market strategies in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure effective market entry. Provide strategic insights to regional marketing and sales teams to enhance their effectiveness. Manage one or more direct reports, as applicable. Qualifications 8+ years of product management experience. Medical device experience required. Integrated experience across hardware, SaaS, and PaaS is a plus. Experience managing enterprise‑level software products is a plus. Cardiology and service industry experience (IDTF, Care Delivery, Lab) is a significant plus. Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent field; MBA preferred and can substitute for 3 years of work experience. Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental Requirements Must be able to travel domestically and internationally; travel not expected to exceed 10‑20%. Requires U.S. work authorization; no sponsorship will be considered. Compensation & Benefits Pay range (Malvern, PA): $130,000 to $209,000. Pay range (Cambridge, MA): $139,000 to $223,000. Compensation may vary based on multiple factors. Other compensation such as annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long‑term incentives may be offered.
