POSITION SUMMARY - LICSW Social Work Manager


POSITION DUTIES - Manager for the Case Management/Social Work department. Discharge planning, assist with staff orientation and onboarding, oversee daily/monthly scheduling, ensure daily staffing is appropriate, hiring/terminating, staff development, anticipate needs of department.


MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS -

• WA LICSW
• Masters in Social Work degree
• 5 years of Social Worker and leadership experience (cannot just have behavioral/psych experience)
• Epic experience
• Familiarity with discharge planning process, assisting with staff orientation and onboarding, overseeing daily/monthly scheduling, ensuring daily staffing is appropriate, hiring/terminating, staff development, anticipating needs of department.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - CCM


LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 13 weeks


SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - M-F 8:00am-4:30pm (some days may start at 7:00am)


SYSTEMS - Epic
