General Handyman Technician

We are seeking an experienced and reliable independent contractor to carry out skilled maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repair tasks around the property. Install, replace, and repair various appliances, fixtures, and equipment. Conduct electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work as needed. Utilize an Ohmmeter to diagnose and fix electrical issues. Perform carpentry tasks, including cabinet installation and furniture assembly. Paint, stain, and finish various surfaces. Perform yard work, including lawn mowing, trimming, and landscaping. Complete maintenance person projects efficiently and to a high standard. Work independently or as part of a team. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines. Requirements: A strong background in maintenance person work, including carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing. The ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people of all backgrounds. Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. Must have your own tool and transportation. Must be good at taking pictures and smartphones. Experience: Need to have at least 5 years of experience in relevant markets.
