General Labor

Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking a General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you will be part of the production support team, assisting with daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have dependability, safety-consciousness, and a team-oriented attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Labor

Location: Baytown, Texas

Pay Range: $17.00

Shift: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday 

What's the Job?

• Assist with production processes such as assembling, packaging, labeling, and inspecting products
• Load, unload, and move raw materials, finished goods, or supplies throughout the facility
• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as trained
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and production lines

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED preferred (not always required)
• Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take direction
