Architect

An established, multidisciplinary design practice is seeking a talented Senior Architect to join its growing Minneapolis office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect who enjoys leading projects, mentoring teams, and collaborating with clients across a diverse portfolio of work. The successful candidate will play a key role in project delivery from concept through construction, while contributing to business development efforts and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities Lead architectural projects through all phases of design and delivery. Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders. Produce and review technical documentation to ensure quality and accuracy. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative office culture. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design solutions. Participate in client presentations, meetings, and business development initiatives. Ensure projects comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations. Requirements Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure. Strong experience managing projects from design through construction administration. Proficiency with Revit and other industry-standard design software. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
