The Warehouse Assistant role supports our Warehouse Operations, helping process merchandise while maintaining Pandora’s high standards of quality and care. This is a hands‑on role ideal for individuals who are detail‑oriented and thrive in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Your Role as a Warehouse Assistant: Receive, inspect, sort, process, and store incoming, returned, and transferred merchandise.

Pick, pack, audit, and prepare customer and store orders accurately and efficiently.

Perform inventory activities including replenishments, stock moves, put-aways, cycle counts, and audits.

Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), scanners, handheld devices, and other operational tools to complete assigned tasks.

Conduct quality inspections and resolve inventory, product, or packaging discrepancies.

Maintain accurate inventory records through system transactions and data entry.

Safely move materials and products throughout the facility following established procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all safety, security, and quality standards.

Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support operational goals.

Support cross-functional warehouse activities and assist other departments as needed.

Meet established productivity, quality, attendance, and safety expectations.

Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

What is needed to succeed: High School Diploma or GED required

1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or similar environment preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

Basic math, computer, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Strong communication skills and commitment to safety and quality.

Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or alternate schedules based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform other physical movements required for the role.

Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including changing temperatures, noise levels, and operational environments.

Based on business needs, employees may be temporarily assigned to work areas with different physical demands.
