Live-In Caregiver

CaregiverBrightStar Care of Central DuPage is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care services to clients in Bloomingdale, IL. As a caregiver, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you support by assisting with daily tasks, mobility, and personal care respectfully and professionally. This position offers a competitive wage of $19.00 per hour, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle.ResponsibilitiesVarious personal care services as necessary to meet the client's or patient's needsAssisting with daily tasks, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shoppingAssisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of NursingRequirementsMinimum one (1) year of documented caregiver, home care assistance experience is requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentCurrent TB Test and Work PhysicalDriver's License & reliable transportation with auto insuranceAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectivelyMust be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull.
