Be part of an extraordinary life!RequirementsMust have at least 6 months experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care facilityCurrent CPR certificationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism and customer serviceAll candidates will be required to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and physical exam.Successful completion of the State of Illinois approved certified nursing assistant training program.
