Join Open Arms Solutions and provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients who benefit from communicating in their preferred language.We're hiring experienced Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, DSPs, and other home care professionals to support clients in Oak Brook, Burr Ridge, and nearby DuPage County communities.Why This Opportunity?We're looking for caregivers who can communicate in Hindi and English to help provide personalized, high-quality care that meets our clients' communication needs.ResponsibilitiesAssist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and groomingPrepare meals and assist with light housekeepingProvide companionship and meaningful conversationSupport mobility and daily living activitiesOffer medication remindersObserve and report changes in the client's conditionMinimum Qualifications18 years of age or olderFluent in Hindi and able to communicate in EnglishAt least 1 year of professional caregiving experience (home care, CNA, HHA, DSP, assisted living, nursing home, or similar setting)Valid Driver's License and reliable transportationAuthorized to work in the United StatesAbility to successfully complete required background screeningsBenefitsCompetitive starting payPaid trainingBi-weekly payPaid Time Off (eligibility requirements apply)Health benefits (eligibility requirements apply)Employee referral bonus programApply TodayReady to get started?
