Summit Spine and Joint Centers (SSJC) is a rapidly growing, multi-state Interventional Pain Management group practice providing integrated clinical, surgical, and imaging services. We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to support our growing marketing team. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in digital marketing within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is a hybrid position requiring one day per week onsite at our Lawrenceville Administrative Office , with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, and digital advertising platforms.
• Support content creation for social media channels, including graphics, captions, scheduling, and engagement.
• Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Track and report on marketing initiatives, campaign performance, and key digital metrics.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support marketing strategy and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support branding, physician outreach efforts, and service line awareness campaigns.
• Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Support SEO efforts and digital content optimization initiatives.
• Perform additional marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Education
• High school diploma/GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field preferred (or recent graduate in applicable field)

Work Experience
• Prior marketing internship, coursework, or project experience preferred
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
