Candidates for this position should have at least 10 years' of experience in financial services, with a minimum of 8 years' in program or transformation leadership roles. A deep understanding of investment management operations, including ABOR, IBOR, and transaction management systems, is essential. The role requires a strategic thinker who is risk- and control-minded, with a proven ability to integrate risk frameworks into transformation programs. The VP will also be involved in the development of the future-state operating model and must have a strong proficiency in large, enterprise technology program management. A Bachelor's degree is required, and the ideal candidate will have a background in stakeholder management, financial planning, and program reporting. Strong communication, influencing skills, and the ability to work in a matrixed, global organization are also key qualifications for this role.
