Application Support Engineer

To enhance and maintain business-critical enterprise applications, the full-time remote Application Support Engineer will provide production support, incident response, and continuous feature enhancements for applications built on Google App Engine and microservices. Key responsibilities Provide production support and maintenance for enterprise applications hosted on Google App Engine Triage, diagnose, and restore service for user-impacting incidents while driving issues to closure within agreed SLAs/SLOs Design and deliver feature enhancements based on user and business needs while managing build, release, and deployment activities across environments Required qualifications 3-7 years of experience in Application Support, Application Engineering, Software Engineering, or Cloud Engineering Strong hands-on experience with Google App Engine, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting Solid understanding of microservices architecture and REST/gRPC APIs Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js/JavaScript, or Go Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build/deployment tooling like Cloud Build or Jenkins
