Production Supervisor

Company: Pease Doors ( We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our door Production team. This isnot a sit-behind-a-desk supervisor position. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working alongside their team, understands production, takes ownership of the entire workflow, and can keep people, orders, and priorities moving. Key Responsibilities: Lead and work alongside the production team on a daily basis Build and assemble complete door systems QC all production orders before they are packed and shipped Paint and finish doors to meet company quality standards Print and organize production orders Track all production work both in our system and on the production floor Make sure orders are moving through each stage of production on schedule Monitor quality, productivity, and completion of work Schedule pickups for production orders Load and unload freight as needed Identify production issues and solve problems quickly Make sure materials, tools, and equipment are available for the team Communicate daily with your Manager and Customer Service regarding order status, priorities, delays, and special requests Keep the production team informed of changing priorities and deadlines Help train employees and hold the team accountable for quality and productivity Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment Lead from the floor, not from the sidelines What we\'re looking for: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, construction, doors, millwork, or a related field Strong mechanical and hands-on skills Experience leading or supervising a production team Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities at once Strong organizational and communication skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to troubleshoot problems and make decisions independently Reliable, accountable, and willing to jump in wherever needed Physical Requirements: Requires sufficient physical ability to walk, stand and sit; to frequently bend, squat, crouch, kneel, twist, and make other movements in the performance of daily activities; to reach above shoulders and outward, and lift, carry, push and/or pull heavy amounts of weight.
