This part-time  Marketing & Outreach Associate opening is built around a student's schedule — a chance to get real business experience without missing your morning lecture. You'll spend your shifts starting conversations by phone, email, and social media, then handing off warm, qualified leads to our sales team.

Expect  daytime hours starting at 10:00 AM , flexible weekday scheduling, and paid training from day one — plus commission and bonus potential on top of your base pay. You'll leave with something to show for it, too: real experience in outbound communication, audience research, and CRM software you can speak to in any future interview.

Position Summary

The Marketing & Outreach Associate keeps our pipeline full by starting new conversations every day — by phone, email, and social platforms — and turning interested prospects into scheduled meetings. You'll dig into account research, personalize your outreach, log everything in the CRM, and connect the dots between a cold contact and a booked appointment.

What it takes to succeed: You communicate clearly, stay organized when your plate is full, and don't get rattled by a busy, target-driven pace. You take feedback well, adjust quickly, and treat every conversation — good or bad — as a chance to sharpen your approach.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Pipeline Building

•  High-Volume Outreach: Turn a quick call, email, or DM into a real conversation and, eventually, a booked meeting. We'll hand you proven scripts and real training to get there.
•  Messaging & Nurture: Write outreach that people actually respond to. Test different openers, subject lines, and follow-up timing to see what lands.
•  Social Selling: Find the right people on LinkedIn and Instagram, reach out like a human, and build genuine rapport before you ever mention an appointment.

Appointment Setting & CRM

•  Appointment Setting (Primary Win): This is the goal: qualify interest and lock in solid appointments for the sales team, with clean, detailed notes so nothing gets lost in the handoff.
•  Pipeline Management: Keep your own numbers — track your activity, your follow-ups, your progress — and use that data to show what you've accomplished.
•  Marketing Collaboration: Team up with Marketing on what messaging is working, ask for the assets you need, and watch your ideas show up in live campaigns.

What We're Looking For

• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Not afraid of a cold intro or a little rejection along the way
• Self-directed, organized, and able to hit weekly targets
• Comfortable navigating LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms professionally
• Preferred: currently enrolled in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Plus: prior sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience; familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce
