Microcom Sales Executive

Connect Customers With What Fits.

As a Microcom Sales Executive, you'll help customers find the right Internet, TV, and Smart Home solutions while creating a friendly, knowledgeable experience. You'll work independently, build product expertise, and have the opportunity to grow your earnings through sales.

What You'll Do

Help customers in-store, by phone, video, and chat
Recommend Internet, TV, and Smart Home products based on customer needs
Process purchases, service activations, contracts, promotions, and orders
Stay knowledgeable about current products, services, and promotions
Provide basic customer support and assist with service questions
Meet sales goals and support outreach, cross-promotions, and warm calling

What We're Looking For

Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
Strong sales and customer service skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn new technology
Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales expectations

Experience

High school diploma + some college coursework or equivalent experience
2+ years of relevant experience may be substituted

Position Details

Full-Time • Monday–Friday • 8-Hour Shifts
Commission Pay
Reliable transportation required • Driver's license preferred
