Position Overview

Davis Staffing is hiring a Compounder in Alsip, IL to prepare, weigh, mix, and batch raw materials used in dental product manufacturing while following formulas, documentation, safety, GMP, and quality standards. Job Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or GED required; related warehouse, manufacturing, production, or compounding experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, move chemical drums, and work safely around chemicals.

• Must be able to follow formulas, procedures, safety guidelines, and PPE/respirator requirements.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and basic computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Weigh, measure, mix, and batch raw materials according to approved formulas.

• Operate production equipment and follow SOPs, GMP, quality, and safety requirements.

• Complete batch records, production paperwork, and documentation accurately.

• Clean and sanitize equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area.

• Handle chemicals safely and use required PPE, including respirators when needed.

• Move materials, finished products, and chemical drums; lift up to 50 pounds as required.

• Monitor production, report issues, and communicate with Quality Control as needed.

Job Details Include:

• Temp to hire

• Monday - Friday

• 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

• Possibility for overtime

• $18 an hour
