If you love building new experiences from scratch with high impact for customers, this is the team for you.Key job responsibilities- Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary Amazonians to conceive, design, and bring innovative products and services to market.- Design and build innovative technologies in a large distributed computing environment and help lead fundamental changes in the industry.- Deliver customer value in an iterative fashion while working towards longer term systems goals.- Build distributed storage, index, and query systems that are scalable, fault-tolerant, low cost, and easy to manage/use.- Design and code the right solutions starting with broadly defined problems.- Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software.A day in the lifeAs part of the Off-Amazon Selection (OAS) organization, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding Amazon's selection by enabling customers to discover and purchase products directly from merchant stores that are not yet available on Amazon. Your work will help bring over a billion products into the Amazon shopping experience while shaping the next generation of agentic commerce. You'll help pioneer the next generation of AI-powered, agentic shopping experiences, enabling intelligent agents to seamlessly complete purchases on behalf of customers.About the teamThis is a highly efficient two-pizza team with well-established processes that foster collaboration and enable the team to move quickly while maintaining high standards. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
