Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult patients within acute care, under the supervision of nurse leadership
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care with attention to patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care for patients and families
- Administer medications, monitor clinical status, interpret assessments, and respond to changes in condition
- Document care in the electronic health record, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support patient and family education, discharge planning, and adherence to evidence-based practices

Requirements
- Active registered nursing license in Georgia
- Knowledge of the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics
- Ability to work night shift and 12-hour shifts in a high-acuity setting
- Experience in an acute care environment or similar setting preferred
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team and uphold patient-centered care
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and participation in ongoing professional development
