Trauma Sales Representative - Central Nebraska

Field-based trauma sales representative position covering central Nebraska, selling surgical trauma products to hospitals and surgeons. Role requires on-call availability including nights, weekends, and holidays to support emergency cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in trauma product portfolio and competitor offerings
• Provide product training and consultation to surgeons during surgical cases
• Manage and maintain trauma product inventory across assigned territory
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital systems
• Attend sales meetings and professional association events outside regular hours

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience
• B2B sales, customer-facing, or leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of sales principles, product demonstration, and sales techniques
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases
• Comfort working in operating room and emergency room environments
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospitals
• Compliance with AdvaMed ethics principles and applicable regulations

Compensation: 100% commission eligible for bonuses plus benefits
