Business Systems Analyst

Overview

Responsibilities

Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or IT related field.
• Two years previous experience as business systems analyst.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
• Able to analyze system records and translate data.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Healthcare Industry
• Experience working with TFS or JIRA
• Proficient with any one of the programming languages

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.58 to $42.56. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
