Responsibilities Welcome customers with professionalism and enthusiasm. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs. Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections. Prepare repair orders and service estimates. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process via phone, text, and email. Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time. Review completed work with customers and explain services performed. Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business. Help achieve dealership goals for customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability. Qualifications Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude with a team-first mentality. Comfortable using computers and dealership software. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
