CURRENT OPENINGS Accounts Receivable Clerk Responsibilities Maintaining the billing system Generating invoices and account statements Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status Maintaining accounts receivable files and records Producing monthly financial and management reports Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts Experience and Qualifications : Five years of related work experience Proficient in MS Office High attention to detail Must possess excellent organization, time management and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks. Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Health insurance Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and direct to appropriate staff Receiving and placing orders into our system Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area Working on copies, fax, document preparation, and mailing correspondence Experience and Qualifications : Strong proficiency of spoken and written Spanish and English – Required Professional appearance and attitude 1+ years of experience as a receptionist or in an administrative assistant position. Excellent people and organizations skills Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Health insurance Industrial Maintenance Tech. Responsibilities Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery Adjust functional parts of devices or control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges Align and balance new equipment after installation Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements, using rules, calipers, micrometers, or other measuring instruments Other duties as needed Experience and Qualifications : Mechanical: 3 years (Preferred) Electrical: 3 years (Preferred) Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Health insurance CDL DRIVERS Responsibilities Must be very flexible with shift start times as well as days worked, including weekends & holidays Route delivery of products to restaurants, markets and wholesalers Abide by State and Federal traffic laws Ensure safe operation of vehicles Experience and Qualifications: Valid CDL Class A or B Drive in a careful, skillful, and defensive manner so material and vehicle are protected against damage. Assist in any and all warehouse duties on an as-needed basis. Ability to work independently with little supervision and in a team environment. Must meet hiring eligibility requirements including background investigation and drug screen. Education: High school or equivalent (Required) General Labor Responsibilities Work independently to pick, pack, and ship orders. Operate a reach truck, pallet jack, and/or fork truck to select, pull, sort, and stack products within the warehouse and dock; hand-stack product if needed. Must be able to be flexible working in different roles as needed Candidates must be able to lift 30 pounds, occasionally lifting boxes weighing up to 70 pounds. Experience and Qualifications: Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive warehouse environment.
