• Oversee daily operations of residential electrical projects to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to maintain project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide training and guidance to field staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Manage project budgets and resources efficiently to maximize profitability.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle promptly.

Requirements:



 

• Proven experience as a field supervisor in the electrical or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and installation practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid electrical license and relevant certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
