Job Description Configure and implement S/4HANA BRIM components: Subscription Order Management (SOM) Convergent Charging (CC) Convergent Invoicing (CI) FICA Support full subscription lifecycle: Product modeling Subscription order capture Provider contract management Usage processing, rating, billing, and invoicing Design charge plans, rate plans, tiers, and usage-based pricing models Configure billing cycles, invoicing, and integration with FICA Support discounting, bundling, and recurring revenue structures Translate requirements into functional specs and support technical builds Execute end-to-end testing (integration, UAT, billing scenarios) Support integrations with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), payment gateways, and external platforms Troubleshoot issues across SOM, CC, CI, and FICA during stabilization We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
