While your duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time, with or without notice, the major responsibilities of your position include, but are not limited to the following:/ph3Duties/Responsibilities:/h3ulliManage daily scheduling operation and administrative functions/liliSupport Client requests for additional services and change requests/liliCommunicate with Officers efficiently and quickly to address gaps in scheduled hours/liliProvide frequent updates to the Operations Manager of potential issues regarding scheduled hours, staffing deficiencies, and client requests/liliDevelop and implement project plans for key strategic initiatives designed to improve scheduling operations capabilities and responsiveness across California/liliLeverage available systems to optimize scheduling and reduce operational costs/li/ul/div
