PM Pack Team Member

Seven Stars Bakery is a Rhode Island-based, family-founded business known for artisan breads, pastries, and a strong sense of community. Since 2001, we've grown to seven unique café locations across the state, all offering handcrafted products made with the highest-quality ingredients. With over 150 passionate team members, we're committed to making every customer's day better—one loaf, latte, or croissant at a time.

As a member of our PM Pack Team, you'll help ensure our baked goods are packaged accurately and efficiently. You'll play a vital role in maintaining quality and meeting daily production goals. This position requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Package baked goods according to quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems and improve processes
• Monitor output and quality; make adjustments as needed

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in packaging, production, or manufacturing preferred
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Able to take feedback and work well in a team

Bonus skills:

• Familiarity with automated packaging equipment
• Basic knowledge of quality control
• Multi-lingual: English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, French

Availability: Evenings, weekends, and holidays Shift hours: 4pm - 4am Shift length: 6 hours and 8 hours Part-time - up to 30 hours/week Full-time - up to 40 hours/week
