Director of Quality Management

The Director of Quality Management leads the Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities' quality management division within South Carolina's Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities. This leadership role oversees contract compliance reviews, licensing reviews, provider enrollment, incident management reporting, and community operations for contracted providers. The position manages quality improvement processes, the incident management system, material deficiency reviews, and staff training initiatives to ensure provider compliance and service quality. Key qualifications Bachelor's degree and relevant program management experience Knowledge of quality assurance and quality improvement methodologies and federal Medicaid reporting requirements Ability to supervise staff and work cooperatively with multiple stakeholders Ability to analyze and utilize data to demonstrate program effectiveness and efficiency Preferred: Master's degree in Human Services or related field with 4+ years administrative/quality assurance experience #J-18808-Ljbffr DGS Office of External Affairs
