Project Manager

Project Manager Full-Time Hanover, MA Woodland Builders is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from planning through final completion. This opportunity is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in leadership, scheduling, client communication, and delivering projects with high standards of quality. What You'll Do Manage residential construction projects from kickoff through closeout Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and field operations Oversee quality control, timelines, and jobsite progress Using the Jobtread project management software Maintain budgets, schedules, and project documentation Communicate with homeowners throughout active projects Review plans, scopes of work, selections, and change orders Collaborate with estimating, design, and production teams Solve jobsite issues proactively and keep projects moving Lead meetings and ensure accountability across all parties What You Bring 5-10 years of experience required in residential construction 2 years of construction estimating experience Prior Project Manager or Superintendent experience preferred Preference for CSL holders Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple active projects at once Experience working with subcontractors and schedules Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits Include 2 weeks PTO Compensation: $80,000 to $95,000 Health insurance plan 401(k) with up to 3% matching Opportunity for further development and training 5 days paid holiday #J-18808-Ljbffr Woodland-Builders
