Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, Outpatient Diabetes

Provide comprehensive outpatient diabetes care Manage patients with complex endocrine and metabolic conditions Work as part of a multidisciplinary Endocrinology team Practice five clinical days per week split between UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester and HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital in Leominster Deliver high-quality, patient-centered outpatient care Collaborate with a well-established Endocrinology and Diabetes team in an academic environment Use the Epic EMR system Requirements Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program NP or PA certification Massachusetts NP or PA license Strong communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team Preferred: 3+ years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine Preferred experience managing patients with diabetes Proficiency with Epic EMR Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing comprehensive outpatient diabetes care and managing complex endocrine and metabolic conditions.
