And everyone, in their own unique way, plays an important part, every day.Location: Worcester, MAFacility: UMass Memorial Health – Medical CenterDepartment: MedicineSpecialty: Renal MedicineSchedule: Full TimeThe Division of Renal Medicine/Nephrology at UMass Memorial Medical Center is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative and growing team in Worcester, Massachusetts.As part of a nationally recognized academic health system, you will work alongside expert nephrologists and interdisciplinary care teams to provide comprehensive care for patients across the continuum of kidney disease. This role offers a unique blend of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, including nephrology clinic, ESRD management, dialysis rounding, and care coordination with rehabilitation facilities.
