Spitzer Kia in Cleveland is looking for passionate team members who want to deliver a high level of service to our customers, while growing their career at a top regional employer. An Automotive Apprentice Service Technician performs work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and/or Factory standards, general lube, oil, and filter changes. While you take care of our customers, we will take care of you! Essential duties and responsibilities include: identifying necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance, maintaining customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards, estimating cost of repairs, performing vehicle repairs and maintenance, documenting services performed, performing services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines, following dealership and manufacturer service guidelines, requesting necessary parts, and following safeguards rules and regulations.

Position requirements include: a high level of motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed, team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service, ability to read and comprehend instructions and information, proven knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations, professional appearance, valid driver's license with good driving record, submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test, and must be authorized to work in the United States.
