Director of Supplier Management

• Hybrid in Cleveland with approximately 2-5 days of travel per month
• $120K-$150K plus an annual bonus opportunity up to 15%

Required Skills:

• Proven expertise in supplier relationship management and strategic sourcing
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Deep understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and ERP/MRP systems
• Exceptional analytical, reporting, and forecasting capabilities
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational performance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive supplier strategies
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or product-driven organization
• Familiarity with cost analysis, rebate programs, and supplier performance metrics

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 7-10 years of experience managing external supplier relationships within a supply chain-driven organization
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role overseeing procurement or supplier management functions

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to engage in occasional travel for supplier visits and industry conferences. Passport needed to travel outside of the United States.
