We’re Hiring: Property Management Accounting Clerk

Ready to grow your career in accounting? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Property Management Accounting Clerk to join our team in our Downtown Orlando office!

Starting Pay: $15/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Process and record property management income and expenses
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Enter invoices, payments, deposits, and other accounting transactions
• Assist with tenant and owner account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate property, vendor, and financial records
• Track rents, fees, security deposits, and other property-related transactions
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end accounting processes
• Work closely with the property management team to ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date
• Assist with special company projects, including occasional cross-department support

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and payroll information
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
• Accounting coursework or experience is a plus, but not required
• Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
• Property management experience is a plus, but not required

Full-Time, In-Office Position

Monday - Friday
8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
30-minute lunch
