We’re here to give you elite tools, aggressive pricing, and a fast-moving operations team so you can build a massive pipeline and take over your market.

- A Closer: You have a solid grasp of conventional, Jumbo, and Non-QM products, and you hate losing more than you love winning.
We know what it takes to live and thrive in Southern California. Our commission plan is aggressive, uncapped, and built for a high-loan-balance market.
Target Pay: $120,000.00 - $350,000.00+ per year (Aggressive commission + performance bonuses)

Schedule:
- Complete flexibility—you own your schedule.
- Monday to Friday with weekend availability for open houses and client calls.
