Manufacturing Supervisor

You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Manufacturing Operations Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality, on-time production while driving continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a skilled production crew, coordinating cross-functional support, and ensuring all performance targets are met. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Supervise daily production activities and maintain schedule adherence for assigned areas.
• Achieve quality goals and PMT metrics, including zero defects, audit compliance, and cost-saving targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce overtime, drive energy savings, and improve overall efficiency.
• Maintain operator qualifications, special process authorizations, and PMT online training status.
• Lead continuous-improvement efforts such as 6S audits, FOD prevention, and statistical process control.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Ability to drive results in accordance with schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Ability to interface with customers on a professional level.

Desired Skills Supervisory experience managing production employees. Production schedule proficiency, Production flow knowledge.
