This is an outstanding DIRECT HIRE opportunity for an HR leader who thrives as a trusted business partner, enjoys influencing organizational strategy, and is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Relocation to Central Florida is offered. What You'll Do Serve as the primary HR partner to site leadership and management teams. Lead employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and compliance initiatives. Drive full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies for hourly and salaried positions. Support leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential employee growth. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Champion a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR leadership experience. Strong employee relations and leadership coaching experience, ideally within manufacturing. Knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills. Ability to travel up to 20%.
